Welcome to the Cave of Pazac !
Cave of Pazac is a cooperative winery created in 1968 and located in Meynes, in the south Rhone Valley’s wine-growing area, between Marseille and Lyon.
Cave of Pazac produces and markets the wine of 7 wine-growers members. The vineyard is located on the North-East of Costières de Nimes’ area, in Meynes, Bezouce and Ledenon, very closed to «Côtes du Rhône » appellation, in a very natural and preserved site, between Languedoc and Provence, offering quality wines and diversity.
Total area of the vineyard is 240 hectares, 180ha of which under appellation “Costières de Nîmes” and 60 ha under IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Côteaux du Pont du Gard.
Annual production is around 13000 to 17000 hectolitres.
Our wines are produced from the great varietals of the southern Rhône, syrah, grenache, carignan for the reds, and marsanne, vermentino, grenache blanc and chardonnay for the whites. Fresh and fruit driven, these are easy-drinking wines for affordable pleasure.
Our wines are regularly decorated with gold and silver medals from Concours Général Agricole in Paris and Concours des Vins in Orange, prizes that we are very proud to receive.
